WonderWink Scrub Shop is committed to supporting our customers, our community, and our employees. To do our part to slow the community spread of the virus affecting us all, we have chosen to have as many staff as possible work from home. This staff includes customer service. Our new system will affect response times for answering questions, and for processing returns and refunds. Please know that we are working as diligently as possible to provide the same excellent customer service that you have come to expect from our company.
To assist us in being able to provide customer service in the most effective and timely manner possible, we are requesting that you e-mail us your questions and concerns instead of calling us. While we will still have the ability to accept and return calls, response times to phone calls and voicemails may be much longer than usual.
