How do I return an item?

At WonderWink Scrub Shop, a division of Scrubwagon, our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase it may be returned for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To ensure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

3 Easy steps to returning an item:

  1. Click here to print out a WonderWink Scrub Shop Return Form. Please fill out the form completely and include it with the items being returned. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to ensure proper fit (click here for WonderWink sizing charts).
  2. Ship your items via an insured package or mail courier such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Prepaid return shipping labels are not available. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless the item is manufacturer defective when originally shipped.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
